iPod Video Converter – DVD to iPod, iPhone

The Cucusoft iPod Video Converter can convert any file format so it works with an iPod but it doesn't work!

The free trial worked on the computer I used to have and now I got a new computer and bought the software. And now that I've bought it, it doesn't work. Do you have any idea what the problem is? My new computer has Vista while my old had Windows XP, so if that's the problem, any idea how to fix it? Or whatever the problem happens to be.
